Live in South Dakota and want an abortion? You can still get one. A blogger named Molly here on blogspot will tell you how to do it yourself with complete instructions. First off she gives a little disclaimer: DISCLAIMER: I am posting this as information only. Whether anyone chooses to act upon this information is their own concern. I believe in the free exchange of information and ideas. I believe this information has been kept from women for too long, and there is no reason they should not know about a procedure being performed on their own body, and no reason women should be kept in the dark about how to perform it -- especially if someone they know is having their health jeopardized by this law.
Having said that she proceeds with a list of equipment and gives her e-mail address to help people who need to find this stuff. I read on for a while but I had to stop reading. Some things you just don't want to know - like how to perform an abortion.
What scares me is that some women might actually try to do this. The majority of comments thought it was useful column and should be widely circulated. The morality of abortion completely aside, this is a very dangerous thing to be performed by a non-professional; these instructions are going to kill somebody.
By the way, the initial post in her blog says she is phone-sex operator, who was once a journalist.

After women follow her advice she'll probably stand at the head of the pack of folks saying "See, they are going to back alleys".
What a sicko. A list of phone references in neighboring states would probably have been better.

Hope she gets sued for advocating practicing medicine without a license.
Yikes!! .. I agree with tom, but not a damn thing will be done...
It all boils down to people with phalluses (did I spell that right?) telling people w/o them what to do. I hope the right-wingers are ready to deal with the consequences...
