The People Have Spoken--Ignore Them!

So Michigan has banned Affirmative Action. It is now forbidden by Constitution.

What does the state's Civil Rights Commision do.

Find out how to best implement it?

Oh No!!!! Mustn't do that.

They found a little loophole, Federal funding, that they can use to maintain it. So they go after federal funds so they can get more money and maintain their quest for "diversity". They call it win-win.

If the unelected bureaucrats are determined to do something, they will find a way. I think they are more of a problem than the elected ones are.

Wow!.... talk about arrogant. Desperation to push a flawed agenda that the people have voted down. The LIEberal infection seems to be fairly deeply embedded in the State Government.

Hey Shoprat!!! I'm back in America!! In fact I'm currently in MI visiting In-Laws (using their net too, cause my mac is still on a boat). I'm up in Traverse City to be exact. I'll be up here until Saturday, and then it's off to Detroit to see the grandparents in-law for a couple of days! After that it's a roadtrip from Delta city to Florida! Talk about extremes. There is a ton of snow up here and a ton of Sun down there.

Anyhow, It's good to be back and hopefully sometime soon I'll be back to full time blogging. I have lots of things to share with the world.

good ole Michigan. Note also that the major players driving the "we don't care what the people think" are the Universities. Since they've always been anti-white, anti-conservative, and anti-education (pro-socialistp-propaganda), this is no surprise at all.

Did you see the WSJ editorial about dear little Jennie and her 'tax them to death' policies? The WSJ seems to feel there is a good reason why Comerica and many others are fleeing as fast as they can.

Maybe you know which philosopher (I think Italian) said that bureaucrats posed more of a danger to freedom than communists.
