Already!!!!

I passed the local book store about an hour ago on an unrelated errand.

The Harry Potter book will be available at Midnight.

Local time 6:30 PM.

I intend to pick my copy up tonight but won't get in line until about 11 or so.

Line's already forming.

On another note:
Chatterbox at Conservativsm With Heart links to place where you can recreate yourself for the Simpsons' world. I couldn't resist.

Have fun, Shoprat. I hate to stand in line for anything and avoid it whenever possible. The line will probably go around the block!

LOL :-) I love your Simpsons' dude!!

I have a friend who is really, really into Harry Potter so I know that I won't be able to talk to her this weekend until she's done reading the book. She literally locks herself in her room and doesn't come out till she's done reading it.

Reading is a healthy compulsion, my wife, middle son and daughter all are avid readers. Myself, I would rather cut off a toe with a rusty knife than read a novel.
I just can't do it, I've can sit and read technical manuals and informational text, I have a difficulty with fiction. What’s odd is that as a boy I would set and read, burned right through the Hardy Boys series and more, people change.

Maybe I'm weird, since I haven't read one of the books or seen one of the movies.

Darn it! I tried doing the same thing, but I couldn't find the glasses and I couldn't find the moustache!!

I'll evidently have to go back and try again. . .
