Then only civilized nations will obey it as Islamic and Socialist nations believe that international law exists only to restrain the United States so they will be allowed to have them.
It's the same as gun control.
They have yet to find a rational response to When guns are outlawed only outlaws will have guns.
It will be When nuclear weapons are outlawed only outlaw nations will have nukes.

Obama is a perfect example, Shoprat, of the left's propensity for running on emotion rather than reason. Neither do the Democrats appeal to people's reason - because they can't win that way - but to their emotion. Perfect proof of that is Reid and Harken harping about Rush Limbaugh's use of the term "phony Soldiers." Any reasonable person can see through that ridiculous charge.
I suppose we'll all find out in 08 whether most Americans run on reason or emotion.
Watch for Obama to drop out after a crushing defeat in NH and IA and give the 20 million $ of his campaing warchest to Hillary.
It'll be Hillary and Richardson on the Donk ticket in 08 .
The only choice Republicans have is McCain.
He's the only one with military command experience who can be trusted to run the military and country in time of extended war.
Giuliani is a certifed gun grabber and fat white lawyer from the north. He doesn't stand a chance in the South or West and is a bad choice.

Max Cleland and John Kerry are proof enough that simply having been in the military is no guarantee of either leadership nor class.
While I stand behind the guys (and gals) in harness 100% ... I don't fool myself into thinking they're superhuman, or gifted in leadership.
We all have certain qualities, and they're not handed out equally ... some are better leaders, while the majority are sheeple.
Back to McCain ... 1) he's already proved how much he respects this country and it's people ... McCain/Feingold says it all.
2) after all this time in the Senate ... what has he really accomplished? He buddies up with Teddy Kennedy and other demicraps more than most.
Sorry, not on my short list or even on my long list ... I would never vote for a RINO.

If they think our weapons are the problem here, they must have suffered cranial damage. Never has a country had so much power as the United States of America and uses so little of it.
