An Old Obama Interview
From the American Thinker comes this little gem of an interview with Barak Obama before he became Senator at a Federal level.
It's worth noting that only one American in six supports wealth redistribution. They are not voting for Obama because of what he will do, even though the entire world outside of America seems to know it.

I'm afraid Shoprat that the idea of getting more money is appealing to everyone. Problem is, they're not reading the fine print.
The man is SUCH a Marxist and nobody GETS IT BUT US!!
He hates the courts, they're in his way...he wants to get past the courts with action on the streets....he's said he'd appoint people with agendas..SAID IT!!
Imagine if McCain said that?
And we're doing nothing, really.......I always thought America's people had power.

There is a strategic reason he wants to give more tax breaks. The extra millions upon millions of Americans who would end up getting a bigger refund than their withholdings were won't be inclined to now consider themselves a "welfare recipient". If the same amount of money were to be distributed as welfare, most of the newly affected people would not apply for it.
America has just got to clean up our tax system. There can no longer be negative returns. Give the money away if they must, but GET IT OUT OF THE HANDS OF THE IRS! Call it what it is, WELFARE! Attach some SHAME to it and watch it shrink! G--D---- the assholes that first got the earned income credit passed!
