I Hope It Was Just a Fashion Thing.

I was just at the local Hollywood Video and I saw this kid about 17 or so walking around with a black t-shirt decorated only with a red hammer and sickle. I bit my tongue but he was getting some very dirty looks from other customers.

Though Michigan is a purple state (economically blue, culturally red), I live in a very conservative area. The kid has guts but no brains.

Or maybe it's just no brains.

Big deal! If he REALLY wanted to piss people off, he'd wear a big red swastika.

There is no moral or ethical difference between the hammer and sickle and the swastika.

Shoprat - unfortunately, from what I've seen, most of the time it's more than a fashion statement. I look at it as a call for help.

A call for help? I think not!

He's 17 or so! He has absolutely no clue what was done to human beings under the hammer and sickle! He's just another outstanding finished product of our public schooling!

B.T.W.- Have an outstanding Easter everyone!

A few 17 year olds haven't developed brains yet, and probably won't as they keep absorbing the socialist PC crap put out there.

Happy Easter Shoprat!
