Just A Note .

Things aren't looking too promising for my father. I don't know that I am going to lose him immediately but in the last week things went downhill for him. He has pneumonia and he seems to be just tired through and through. He could pull through but I'm preparing for the worst.

All prayers are appreciated.

I am saddened to hear of your misfortune. I lost my father 15 years ago when he has 56. It truly is a defining moment in one's life. No longer is there an "Earthly" father between you and your Heavenly father. It will leave a hole in your heart that can only be filled with faith and prayer. Pray a lot. It helps. Be conforted by the fact that he had a long life and a large family that obviously loves him very much. Words seem so weak and impotent at times like this. I wish that there was something I could say, but really there is nothing.

Shoprat, you and your Dad are in my prayers........I looked at the site and saw that your Dad's talking about his mother.
be ready, shoprat......Losing Dad's a tough one (it's already happened to me): there's no easy way through this. Lean on Him.
