Good News
As of about 10 AM this morning I am officially employed again. It is with my previous employer in a different position, thanks to the Human Resource Manager, whom I have known for close to 20 years, and a little grace. Pay will be just a little more with a little more overtime resulting in about 10% more than I was making last year at this time. And about 60% more than my unemployment. I can't complain about that.
UPDATE: This is not a new job created an expanding economy. I was hired to replace someone who was fired for repeated no-show.

I consider myself one of the fortunate few as very few will be finding jobs anytime soon. Me part of the recovery? No just a statistical anomaly. I don't thank the government; I thank God.
