Possible Terrorist Plot in/from Canada Averted - Maybe
It could well be an innocent mistake, as the driver of the truck insists, but the implications are grave. A Canadian truck carrying two surplus M113 armoured personnel carriers went the wrong way on a highway and wound up near Toronto when it was supposed to go Montreal.
The concern is some of the hardware the M113s were carrying. They were carrying anti-tank missle launchers but not, apparently, the missles themselves.
Officially the matter is considered an honest mistake and the driver, who is not identified, will not be charged. However, the Canadian Army will be investigating.

More stuff for the conspiracy theorists. Maybe the guy was taking the APC's to Montreal as part of the "Free Quebec" movement.
