Meanwhile in Europe

Anti-Jihad Euro-blogger Klein Verzet has a couple of stunning links about things happening in Europe.

First of all a girl was stoned in France by school-kids for not observing Ramadan. (also here.)

Secondly someone tried to poison the water supply of a Danish City.

I am wondering how much more of this deadly nonsense we are going to have to put up with before certain elements of our society finally comes to understand that these lunatics want to kill us (and their non-Islamic defenders in the PC arena as well.) I am beginning to believe that the peaceniks will still see the Muslims as victims, even as blade of Islam cuts through their necks.

We are up against an enemy that is determined to destroy us and willing to die if they can take some of us with them. It's war and it's time some people realize this. It is NOT a class struggle between the victims of history and their oppressors, but a holy war of Islam against the entire world and they will not stop until they are victorious or destroyed.

They do not value life, even their own.

God save us.

"God save us." Amen, Shoprat!

We just have to keep putting the word out there, even knowing that nothing we say will change the moonbats position on any of this. It does get a bit discouraging at times. I've got a moonbat over at my place who thinks having a Muslim in Congress is just fine.

Even after blogging for three years, I'm still shocked by the stupidity of the left!

Blessings.

So if it's war, why haven't we started rationing, re-instated the draft, rounded up every Muslim in the country and either deported them or put them in an interment camp?
Where is the political will to bring the resources to bear to win and not be bogged down in a "just enough to lose" scenario, which is what we are doing now? Personally, I think it's useful for the Republicans to stir this stuff up because it is keeping them in power.
I also think that these fringe sites that you get your "news" from are dubious at best.

Hopefully, the Muslims in this country will never get as bad as Europe's.

Tim, your first few questions are good except this war is different from WWII in how it is being fought but we do need to fight harder. Personally, I think too many see the WOT as nothing but a distraction from other issues and I consider that a completely wrong.

Galyle sadly you are right.

pjc Give em time.

Tim --

If our political left already fights tooth and nail to prevent the government from paying extra attention to the most likely terrorist candidates at security checkpoints, and scores victories in so doing, what do you think would be the likelihood of the govt's "getting away" with such un-PC actions as internment and mass deportations? 100-0 against?

re the Denmark reservoir incident, if anything, this should be still another wake-up call to skeptics.

The fact that the strychnine was only discovered because of what was, if I read the article right, a routine check, is what one might call "an extraordinary piece of luck".

Being in the security business myself, I will say and not for the first time or even the fiftieth, that time is on the tangos' side --as long as our (the west's) actions are mostly of a defensive nature, we are at a disadvantage. It is inevitable, based purely on odds, that vulnerabilities will be overlooked somewhere along the line by those responsible for trying to cover all the bases (witness the reservoir incident), but not by a creative thinking terrorist, and there will be disasterous results.

The biggest problem is that we permit potential terrorists -- read that as all Muslims -- to enter our society and live among us, while allowing our respective political left factions to protect them from any scrutiny that exceeds that applied to an 80 year old grandmother in a wheelchair. Until this PC practice is flushed down the nearest commode, our govts cannot seriously claim to be doing all they can to protect their citizens.
