Where Are the Hopeful Signs?

This article is called Granholm sees hopeful signs in state's economy. I have read it and wonder where they are. This article did not tell me. Governor Granholm is trying, but most of Michigan's problems cannot be solved by politicians. I guess the news is that she sees good signs and I wish she would have said exactly what they are.
